All designs/ reference sheets are done in base colours and include a colour pallete, character name, species and pronouns. Annotations are optional.Standard - 100 USD

Detailed - 140 USD
Full body front and back view, front view headshot, paw view, mouth view, character information, flags and inventory/ accessories. Customisable - Additional elements can be added for an extra cost.

Terms of Service
By deciding to commission me, you agree to my terms of service.
Breaching any of these conditions gives me the right to refuse to work for you further and you will be blacklisted, preventing you from commissioning me in the future.
All my terms of service are created to make the process easy as possible for both me and you :)
General
• If the character design or pose is complex, an additional fee will be added to make up for the extra time needed to perfect it.
• A total of 5 changes can be made during the sketch phase, 3 changes can be made during the line art phase, and 2 changes during the base colour phase. Minor changes may not be counted against the limit. I will be more lenient if I am designing a character for you. Any modifications past this limit and any changes to an approved phase will be charged an additional fee.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable taking it on regardless of reason without having to explain myself.
• I will only begin work on the commission once I have received payment upfront and in full. At this time, I accept payments through PayPal or Ko-fi in USD.
• If you would like to use my artwork for commercial use, please consult me beforehand!
• Using my artwork in any sort of AI generation is prohibited.
• You have to be 18+ to commission nsfw content from me.
• The finished commission will be sent by email or through a Google Drive link in both a .png or/and .jpeg format.Credit and Use
• I will post commissions and speed paints of commissions to my socials. I will tag the person who commissioned me to give character credit. If you are not comfortable with any of this, please let me know beforehand!
• You are more than welcome to post the art you commissioned from me but please credit me by tagging me (@HowdyitsFelix on Twitter for sfw and @felixafter9 on Twitter for nsfw).
• Editing my art (changing colours, background, tracing etc.) is prohibited.Time
• I will give you a rough estimate of how long I think the commission will take me to complete and keep you updated if the timeline changes at all.
• I generally work on commissions throughout the week excluding weekends. I will let you know if I am facing any time constraints.
• I generally work quickly on commissions but can work slowly from time to time so please have patience with me. If I think your commission will take me longer than expected, I will let you know.Progress
• I will send images of the progress during all stages to make sure it’s coming along as you expect. I will send the progress photos on the platform we are talking on. If you would like me to send progress photos on another platform, please let me know.
• I will ask questions throughout the process about the character if I am unsure of anything. This is so that I do not miss any details.Refunds
• I do not do refunds. I will only refund if for any reason I cannot do the commission and have not made progress in over 2 months. I will let you know of this and refund you at my discretion.
